Diverse Musical Duet

Elroy and Tammie Kosters are a Christian faith-based husband and wife team with a diverse musical style performing approximately 50 concerts each year.

Typical Presentation

Length: A typical presentation is approximately 60-75 minutes. 

Scope: This talented duo challenges the audience with scripture, drama sketches, original compositions, old hymns, and personal testimonies. They have a peaceful, folk/bluegrass style… all on acoustical instruments. For audiences, presentations always seem to evoke deep emotion and heartfelt celebration in the hope we have in Jesus!

Venues: Church worship services, camps, prisons, conferences, retreats, senior citizen groups, church events and banquets.

Scheduling

Fee: Remuneration is by a free-will offering or by an amount predetermined by the church or organization and Living Truth². 

Merchandise: Living Truth² will set up a sales display featuring recordings and sheet music. View merchandise

Note: When Sunday sales are not permitted, Living Truth² can instead take orders at their display table and have the funds forwarded at a later date.

Our History

The original Living Truth group began on a part-time basis in 1975 and transitioned to full-time in 1983. Since then, many changes have occurred in group members’ lives which eventually changed the look of the group. Tammie and Elroy have chosen to continue as Living Truth².

Elroy Kosters. Born in South Dakota as the youngest of five children.  He moved  to Michigan in 1963, worked many years in a concrete construction business, and joined Living Truth full-time in 1995.  Elroy and Tammie were married in 1990.

Tammie Kosters. Youngest of seven children.  From the age of three to her early teens, she traveled through Michigan with her entire family as the “Bauman Bread of Life Bearers”.  Her mother, an evangelist, and her father, a band director, passed on their knowledge and love of Jesus, music, and instruments.  Tammie taught Music and English in grades 6-12 for eight years, as well as private voice and piano lessons, prior to singing full-time with Living Truth.
